- Timing of Payment
- You may use the Service free of charge through the last day of the month in which you apply for a paid plan. The first charge is made on the first day of the following month, and automatic billing continues on the first day of each month thereafter (billing cycles are processed on a UTC basis).
- Timing of Service Provision
- You may use the Service immediately after account registration is completed (Free Plan). For paid plans, the applicable features become available immediately after application; however, the first charge is made on the first day of the following month.
- Returns and Refunds
- Due to the nature of the Service, we do not accept refunds for mid-term cancellation or unused days, regardless of whether any period remains unused. Provided, however, that this does not apply where a refund obligation arises under applicable law. Please refer to the Terms of Service for details.
- Cancellation and Automatic Renewal
- Paid plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time by logging into the Service and following the prescribed procedure on the settings screen. Upon cancellation, subsequent billing, activity monitoring, and note delivery are stopped. No pro-rated refunds are provided.
